DOM and DDOM ceremony!

Hey all.

Today I had a brain-wave and though about making DOM and DDOM ceremony! Because there are no much players who play it online (cuz few ppl know about this game type), i decided to gather all DOM lovers together at certain time and have fun together! CBP3 team will soon release the DOM mode, that weights much less mb, than the original version and then EisWiesel can add it to his new server. He agreed to grant his server for this ceremony, thanks to him! :)

Well, few details remained to discuss about it. First of all, day and time, and the list of participants. Date will be more clear after the CBP3 will be released, so i remain this field empty. And everyone, who wants to participate, please inform us in this thread or tell me via icq or msn :)

I would love to see more ppl playing UT3-Domination as i played classic 4-Team iDOM in UT99 for a long time... There were the orange.net servers which were full and with 4 teams all the time, damn i miss that time 

Today, looking at the serverbrowser, only one or two servers run UT3-DOM and its empty all the time, really sad. Classic DOM is a lot of fun and strategic/team based. And the current exsiting maps for it are really well done and have a good gameflow.
For those who dont know, its like TDM but there are 3 controlpoints on a map and when someone touches a controlpoint it will change to the team-color and the player+his team gets constantly frags as long as its not touched by another team.
You can decide for yourself if u want to conquer DOM-points or defend them, ususally u must do both because all teams know which controlpoint has which color.

It all sounds good, but without a specific date it's difficult to say whether I'll be available. Give us the date and I'm sure you'll get a response and ppl will show up.

Yeah, its our [pH!] TDM server. We rent 3 servers for a month and after it we chose the best one...but sometimes players from other country than Hungary have high ping.. i dont know why.

aka_sova: the story is simple, we were playing TDM when our server admin said that we shall try the DOM mode. We said yes and played DOM. That's all. Nothing organizated thing. But if u would like to play with us send a PM to me, and we'll set up an exact date and time. The following times dont suit because of we're practising and server will be passw. protected:
